Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026Plain-language overview

The short version: PocketWire connects only to sites you explicitly authorize. It does not ask for your reusable ProcessWire password, and it does not receive your complete payment-card details.

Information we process

PocketWire processes information needed to connect the app to websites you explicitly authorize, display supported content and diagnostics, maintain security and activity records, and verify subscription access.

This can include a website URL, adapter identifiers, content returned by the website, optional owner or agency contact details you enter, device and app diagnostics, purchase identifiers, and entitlement status.

How website data moves

Website content is exchanged directly between the PocketWire app and the adapter installed on the connected ProcessWire website. The entitlement service does not need the website’s ProcessWire password.

Authentication tokens and pairing material are security credentials. PocketWire stores device credentials using the secure storage provided by the operating system.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple or Google processes store payments. PocketWire may receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, expiration dates, account-correlation values, and verification status so it can grant the correct website allowance.

PocketWire does not receive your complete card number. Store purchases remain subject to the privacy and billing practices of the store you use.

Diagnostics and support

If you choose to send a support report, it may contain the app version, device model, operating-system version, locale, screen dimensions, connection state, and non-secret error details.

You can review the report before sending it. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, private keys, or other secrets in a support message.

Retention and control

Local app data remains on your device until you remove it or reset the app. Server-side entitlement and security records are kept as needed to provide access, prevent repeated trial abuse, meet store requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

A website connection can be revoked from the adapter. Resetting ordinary app preferences does not erase server-side purchase or trial history.

Service providers

PocketWire may rely on hosting, domain, email, Apple App Store, Google Play, and security infrastructure providers to operate. This website loads Open Sans from Google Fonts, which may receive routine network information such as an IP address and browser details when the font is requested.
